Account Managers report to the Senior Compliance Manager.

Job Overview
Account Managers assist transportation companies with maintaining compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.  Account managers are responsible for ensuring prompt response to customer needs, onboarding new drivers and providing excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Call and document contact with all applicants
  • Attempt to convert all applicants to employees
  • Respond to all email SLA’s
  • Answer phones and assist as needed
  • Call and document contact with each driver missing items
  • Provide client feedback on non-cooperative drivers
  • Review driver logs as assigned
  • Review USDOT #’s, Licensing and Insurance and Roadside Inspections

Additional Duties

  • Assist with audit preparations
  • Review customer and vendor billing as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • High attention to detail
  • Available to work a variety of shifts
  • Experienced with common software applications

Pay Range

  • Based upon experience
